Welcome to a collection of photos of Texas City, Texas. 

Most of the photos were taken by my dad, Johnny Mitchell, a Texas City native.

Personal Note:  Thank you for all the positive comments.  How blessed we are to be raised in this town with so many good memories.  I will be adding more photos as time permits.  I am presently re-scanning many of my dad's original negatives, cleaning (enhancing) the images and re-printing them.  They will be on display at the Texas City Museum in July.  Thanks again.  March 12, 2008
